This saucepan is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, with a non-toxic chemical coating, ensuring safety and durability. It features a smooth inner mirror surface, less sticky and effortless release, while the outer brushed surface is wear-resistant, making it easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.

The sauce pot is compatible with various kitchen cooktops, thanks to its flat bottom design, allowing even heat distribution and suitability for different stove tops (except induction cookers). It is primarily used as a soup or milk pot, but can also be used for light frying, though not recommended for extensive use.

Regarding the stainless steel pot's color change, this is a characteristic of the material. When the heating temperature is too high, oxidation and discoloration may occur, especially when fired in the air or strongly heated without food.

While this pot is made of pure 18/10 stainless steel without a chemical coating, it is not a true non-stick pan. Before the water boils, it is recommended to stir the contents evenly several times to avoid sticking, and to use a medium to small fire for cooking.
